September 27, 2015 – I’m back, and with an encore appearance! It’s the 86Fest 2015 autocross at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana. Phew, was it hot! And the course was tricky, but I was happy to finally test out the Hankook RS-3 on a dry surface.

Because of the heat, I only did a total of 5 runs. I think my personal best was 0:37.975, which was my last run of the day and when I was finally getting the hang of the course layout. I know I still could’ve done better, but sitting in the staging area in a hot car on a hot sunny day just isn’t fun at all. Plus, the resulting heat soak on the intercooler robs power.

Get up, go get it now! Don’t stop. Stay in perpetual motion…
